Brian brings a wide array life experiences to his work. Originally from Boston, he has started a food truck business with friends in New York City, toured around the US as a member of a professional band, traveled to over 10 countries in Asia and Europe, and lived in Korea and Japan for several years. Having graduated with a Master’s Degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University, Brian offers a balanced approach of acceptance and care with encouragement and push for change in his mentorship style. He believes wholeheartedly that each individual has the human freedom to choose one’s attitude in life, and that greater meaning is found by taking responsibility for self-development and personal growth.
